Pasondia performs two types of internal quality checks for every cable that is manufactured in their unit. When you walk inside a manufacturing unit of Pasondia, you will learn that the Stage-wise quality check consists of 8 tests. The first one is the Wire drawing check that tests the quality of joints in the wire and its diameter. Similarly, the other stages include the checking of insulation, stranding of wires, inner sheath, curing, Layering Up, and Armouring. Apart from these checks, the employees perform Routine, Type, and Acceptance tests apart from the other optional ones to make sure that nothing but the best of the cables reach you.
